Won't stay at an Extended stay again They gave our guaranteed prepaid room away so after driving 10.5 hours to get there we had no room on a very busy weekend. The girl at the front desk, Ashley, needs some serious customer service training.

We left and did not stay. Room was dirty. Second Reservation person was very polite. Pretty sure we will not get our refund. It was really dirty.

Not a hotel I will stay in again... Hotel was OK. Nothing special. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. BUT, the night was a nightmare! Screaming, yelling and profanities in the hallway and nobody did anything to put an end to this. Morning reception guy sad I don't understand why they didn't call the police"... Thin Walls Nice room. However, the walls must be super thin. We could hear the people next door snoring all night.

Tiny beds Beds parked right by AC fan blew on us all night.
Cold stay. We paid online 7$ extra for a king bed but when they got their the only king available was unable to be given to us due to repairs. We weren't able to get money back with booking online. The first room they put us in the heater was broken. Had to switch to a second room. The rooms were so cold and should have been heated already when walking in. We had to leave the stove burners on to help heat the room faster. Free breakfast was pathetic. Just coffee and and muffins, that's it.

Housekeeping staff needs to be replaced The key wasn't programmed correctly the first time. After finally getting into my room, I found a sink full of dirty dishes, an unmade dirty bed, food containers, etc. The person working at the front desk informed me that they've been having issues with that happening. Second (and final) Stay,consisted of finding 2 dirty towels, brown water coming out of the shower, and dried white gel soap (?) on the shower walls.
Dirty Found a spider in the bathroom and there were white stains all over the chair. Nice staff. But dirty room. Also, no shuttle to airport even though they let you park your car there for free while you fly out.

Loud construction I got woke up before 8am to what sounded like scraping on the floor above me& pounding something with a hammer too. Kind of disturbing as id for in late from out of town. If i would've known, or if hotels. Com would've listed the fact of construction going on, then i wouldn't have stayed there.
