Loud construction I got woke up before 8am to what sounded like scraping on the floor above me& pounding something with a hammer too. Kind of disturbing as id for in late from out of town. If i would've known, or if hotels. Com would've listed the fact of construction going on, then i wouldn't have stayed there.

CHANGE OF DATES 8/2/16 NOT 8/8/16 WHEN WE ARRIVED ON TUESDAY 2ND AUGUST, WE WERE BOOKED IN AND TOLD OUR ROOM WAS 253. WHEN WE WENT TO THE ROOM THERE WAS A "DO NOT DISTURB" IN THE DOOR, WHEN WE TRIED TO USE OUR KEY A MAN CALLED OUT FROM INSIDE THAT THE ROOM WAS TAKEN! WE WENT DOWN TO THE FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER ROOMS. IT WAS GETTING LATE AND SHE SUGGESTED THAT THEY DID HAVE A ROOM WHICH HAD JUST BE VACATED. Beds are horribly uncomfortable. An for the money we spent for the too. The should have had a continental breakfast, not just some granola bars. The staff was very friendly though. But we won't be going back.

Dirty rooms The bathroom smelled like urine and their continental breakfast was old apples and oatmeal bars. I would rather stay at a motel 6 which is cheaper and cleaner.

worst experience ever- gone to the dogs Dogs barked and howled all night. It was very noisy. I did not get any sleep. I got up at 4am because the dogs were so noisy.It was a horrible experience. I would not stay again and I would not recommend to others. I would like my money refunded.

Looks are decieving They remodeled the outside when they need to update the inside of the rooms and entire building....old, smells, and just uncomfortable. No effort on the continental breakfast at all...and over priced...

Too far gone. Sad place, more like a frat house than a hotel. Breakfast not continental, just a "coffee bar" with packaged cereal bars and instant oatmeal with flavored Coffee Mate for milk. Air conditioning unit did not work, and it was a hot night in Boise.
Extended Stay America Boise During r stay was a sold out week for the hotel r neightbor next door was waking up at 5sh in the morning showering and 6sh making breakfast and singing I went to the front desk and we requested a change of room, a nothing could be done, it was horable experience. couldn't sleep inn. for two days ,had to bother friends to stayed at their placed.

Bad Experience Check in was extremely slow, were told our room was cancelled by Expedia (verified by Expedia that they did not cancel our reservation). Manager was very nice but receptionist was slow and did not seem to be efficient at the check in process even for other guests. Hotel room was very dirty. Beds were comfortable but that was basically the only thing good about the hotel. Would not stay again.
