the kitchen was not fully equipped what so ever, i went to the front desk and they couldn’t even provide me with a plastic fork. hotel room was dirty, got sick. won’t be returning.

Would not come back The place is very run down. Toilet in my room did not flush properly. The shower head was coming off the wall. Bed was hard as a rock. Would have been better off sleeping on the floor which i did eventually

Stay elsewhere Cheaply built property, poorly maintained. Very dirty. Filthy carpets in the halls and room was also dirty. Would not recommend.

Uncomfortable bed, hard pillows, I stayed here with my family. Firstly, the room keys did not work causing several trips to the front office. Then we got a notice that they were shutting off the water at 9am everyday for repairs so 2 out of the 3 days, I did not get to shower in the AM. The beds and pillows were flat and hard. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it. We paid almost $200 per night for this miserable room! No discount for the water issue. TV was tiny.

Out side surroundings are beautiful but inside very nasty and smells Roche and bugs very horrible smell

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the property. The amount charged - about $200, is too much for the property. The hallways were stinking, bathroom curtains were moldy, some parts of the room were rusty, the floor (as a whole, not just the bathroom) was moist. I would request a full or partial refund of the amount paid. I would not suggest having this property in future in expedia listings. It is disgusting.

Horrible stay and no help from staff I had 3 room with 2 queen bed in each room. When i reach to the hotel in night at 11.30 pm they gave us only 2 room with 2 bed and 1 room with 1 bed. When I ask to give us 3 room they did help us and rooms were not that clean and I requested all to be next to each other. room says with kitchen and utensil but nothing was in the room and when I ask for utensil they gave us on 2 pc. They told us that we are lucky that they kept room our room and there was possibility that there was no room ... read more
