Nothing really may be just having a television in the room coffee is always cold, when you ask staff for hot coffee they arrogantly say “that is what we have for you”

avoid at all cost I could not believe the condition of the room. When my daughter sat on the bed, the other side of the bed lifted up. The light bulb next to one bed didn’t work. There was only one tiny shampoo bottle with no conditioner. The wood from the bathroom vanity was warped and sticking out. When I tried calling front desk, I found that the phone wasn’t working. Overall lacks quality in service. Room was ok, bathtub not very clean. Shower faucet mechanisms did work well. Carpets dirty.
