The place is not clean, my room was full of dust, hairs and even garbage down the bed. The bathroom was not clean since the first day.

Window was broken They didn't clean washroom Used soap and towels in washroom

Beds were comfortable but the room was not clean. Stains all over walls, dust built up on all fixtures

Very unclean. Bath curtain broke. Pillows not good. Bath sink did not drain. Overall, this hotel needs help.

Dig deep for your patience with hotel staff Front desk was awful - no help and long lines!

It had a kitchen and close to resturants, mall, and movie theater.

The propert needs updating. The lobby smelled of stale cigarette smoke, elevator was broken. The breakfast is prepackaged muffins, coffee was cold with no milk/cream available except flavored. He to wait 10 min for the front desk to show up at check in. Would not recommend.

Room was dusty with empty food bags behind phone desk . Small bug crawled up the bed headboard. Morning breakfast could have been better and extended later. Shower head fell off and sprayed the bathroom floor making the adjustable shower head unusable. Used the main shower head which was not adjustable to avoid flooding the bath floor. Used towels to dam off the problem. Room did not have pullout couch but rollaway provided. We made it up with linens provided.

The complementary breakfast was meager,packaged muffins and granola bars. They didn't even have real milk for the coffee. The room was cramped and the bathroom was not very clean.
