Rude, unprofessional, frontdesk staff. This was one of unpleasant experiences I have had recently while on the road. I asked the front desk staff for some cooking wares and utensils. He said they are all sold out nothing available in a very unfriendly manner. This was not properly informed when I checked in a night before, but it is okay. I understand. A bit run down. Price was fair but will not stay again. Prefer a standard hotel.

The power was out when we arrived. Not the hotels fault. However when power was restored we never got any hot water. When we brought this up to hotel staff we were informed that half of the hotel had hot water, obviously not our half. No attempt whatsoever was made to rectify the situation.

Nearby to Lahey clinic, with similar pricing and description to Marriott Residence Inn, the difference is huge. The kitchen is there, but any item you may want had to be requested. The breakfast is minimal. The room had fewer amenities and over all, less 'class'. Poor value for price.
