We checked in very late because our flight had been delayed. our room key did not work. The management had to look for rooms which the key would work. Their excuse, the key card or the door has no battery.

Shower was dirty, the shower-curtains was stained and not functional, so bathroom floor was consistently wet. toilet kept clogging and had to keep using the plunger. Could hardly find staff at the desk to the report the issues to. I asked the staff for towels, waited for hours to get them, they never came. Granola bars are not a reasonable grab and go breakfast for the price we paud for the room. Very disappointed.

When I arrived at the hotel they told me that the hotel was overbooked, and I did not have a room even though I had paid for two months earlier. Unbelievably bad.
