Great staff isn't enough to recommend staying. The staff was wonderful, repeat, WONDERFUL. Everything else was less so. Was going to spend three (3) nights within the hotel but there were pets on the second and third floor as well as smoke which caused allergies to run ramped. There was also a guest whom threatened to beat-up another guess because of flowers being trampled by a dog. Lastly, there was a guest whom followed me and others around, used a false name, and wouldn't acknowledge staff. Was told that police would need... read more

When I arrived at the hotel the had no reservation for me on file even though I had a confirmation. I won’t be using expedia in the future because of this.

Efficiency Unit and only amenity in the room was a plastic cup. No dishes, silverware, coffee pot… nothing. Room was clean but aged and bed was not comfortable. Very disappointed

Rude front desk and mouthy.

Just awful The employee at the front desk seem to have several different titles…was very rude to our children and was never at the front desk when I walked by. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and god knows what people were cooking in their rooms. The smell was soo bad there were febreeze plug-ins in the hallways. Book it if it’s your last resort, we will not be staying here again.

room in poor conditions, hallways smell with all type of strong cover aromas. the hotel surrounding property is full of trash, supermarket carts, closet's door were broken as well as the courtains. no batteries in the remote control, when I went to the front desk they didnt have neither batteries or another remote. Way too expensive for the type of hotel
