not going back Did not look like they cleaned very well. toilet water supply was off reason was toilet ran non stop. no one at desk majority of time . no creamer for coffee. very unhappy for the price.

Not much better than a backroad slum motel. Upon entering the room it smelled of cigarettes, I had to leave the bathroom exhaust vent on the entire time and purchase air freshener in order to get rid of it. The wrong caulking was used in the bathroom, it was cracked and peeling away. The water flow out of the shower was so low it took several minutes to rinse off the shampoo, I have very short hair. This place is disgusting. I will never stay at this hotel chain again. They have cockroaches.

The room was not very clean, the hotel is used for transient housing so there are very shady characters around. The amenities listed were not available e.g. no grab and go BFast. Spent the extra $ and go someplace else. Staff was slow, but pleasant.

My room smelled like smoke. I asked 3 times for bedding for the pull out couch and towels and never received them. I had to give my child bedding off bed and I slept without blanket. I will never stay there again

The room was not cleaned. Found hair in the tub and food in the refrigerator. I notified the front desk the next morning and was told I would be compensated somehow with my bill. Then I was told that since I booked through Expedia, I couldn't get compensated, but the manager would call me. No phone call.
