When I arrived at the hotel the had no reservation for me on file even though I had a confirmation. I won’t be using expedia in the future because of this.

Efficiency Unit and only amenity in the room was a plastic cup. No dishes, silverware, coffee pot… nothing. Room was clean but aged and bed was not comfortable. Very disappointed

Just awful The employee at the front desk seem to have several different titles…was very rude to our children and was never at the front desk when I walked by. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and god knows what people were cooking in their rooms. The smell was soo bad there were febreeze plug-ins in the hallways. Book it if it’s your last resort, we will not be staying here again.

room in poor conditions, hallways smell with all type of strong cover aromas. the hotel surrounding property is full of trash, supermarket carts, closet's door were broken as well as the courtains. no batteries in the remote control, when I went to the front desk they didnt have neither batteries or another remote. Way too expensive for the type of hotel

Terrible stay Hotel was noisy. People slamming doors, yelling in the hallways, leaving their doors open while fighting in the room. The hotels response to the snow was inadequate and slow.

You get what you pay for The room wasn’t properly cleaned, especially concerning during COVID times. Staff wasn’t enforcing state mandated face coverings in common areas. Hotel ignored complaints about noisy neighbors, ended in the police coming to the hotel early in the morning to resolve a domestic dispute.
