Worst hotel experience ever 1st room a spider came from under the pillow. We were moved to another room. That room the shower wasnt clean. Mold in the corners and pieces of soap at the bottom of the tub. Completely unacceptable!! Ill be emailing the GM of the hotel about this.
No weekend cleaning My room was not cleaned we found blood on the sink knob, bugs, mold in the shower, and dirt under the bed. When i asked a cleaning staff person if the room would be cleaned, i was told no. A manager over heard and explained that they don't clean o. Weekends. This manager did however follow up with me immediately to see first hand my concerns, and agreed that cleaning was nevessary. Won't stay there again First time staying at Extended Stay. We were not initially greeted properly when checking in. We were told that there were dishes in the room, because we wanted to cook, since it had a stove. There were no dishes in the room. Found out we had to ask for each item we wanted. Could not initially open the door to the room. Had to go to front desk, and they said we had to lift up on the handle. the hot water access was not attainable in two different rooms, 236 and 214 selection was never installed correctly until another guest had pointed out that water temperature selection was never installed correctly.

Uninvited visitors Room appeared to be clean. Saw some roaches running on the floor of the bath room at night.
