Hotel was overbooked Did not stay. The hotel was over booked and there was no room for me. I did not stay at the Extended Stay America Suites last night in Marlborough, Massachusetts. It was overbooked. No room for me.

Worst stay in a hotel ever. My experience wasn't one of the best. First to start my stay after being checked in for a 1/2 hour a gentleman knocks on my door once and then proceeded to let himself into my room. He told that wasn't allowed in this room. After going out in hall . I explain to him that I checked in and showed up my room key. He insisted I write my name on a paper and he would get back to me which he never did. Room was not ready upon arrival after driving 6 hours to get there. Housekeeping had only made the bed, but did not clean up the bathroom. Trash in the tub, sink, countertops, dirty towels everywhere and trash cans were still full. Plus the hotel smelled. Front desk person was brought in from another location, had no idea where anything was, plus no support staff on-site to assist. Housekeeping wasn't even available to clean room.
