Would never stay here again! Bureau/tv stand top drawer front was broken and leaning against the wall. Bathroom counter falling off the wall. Lights next to beds didn’t work. Halls smelt like pot when we arrived. When we left this morning there was dog poop in the hallway. Completely disgusting!

Dirty inside and out. Cigarette smoke filled the air. Trash right underneath our room window. Requested 2 beds only had 1. It looked as though it was under construction

STINKY I left after 10 mins due to the horrible stale cigarette smoke smell permeating the entire hotel. As someone who has asthma I was literally having trouble breathing & feeling nauseous. Am currently trying to be refunded as the desk clerk assured me he would refund me.

I won't be back. Whomever they used did a terrible job clearing their parking lot. The first photo is their handicapped parking area four days after a snowstorm. They didn't bother clearing or salting the spaces. The hallways are dirty, with white debris (not salt). It was there when I arrived Wednesday and still there when I left Friday. The room was ok. My car got stuck on the ice in the lot when I arrived. Staff was unwilling to help beyond trying to call their manager, who never responded.

I booked a king deluxe suite, as soon as i walked in the room all i could smell was cigarettes. The room looked worn and outdated honestly unpleasant. Even before i could put my bags down i saw cockroaches live and present in the room! Immediately left! Disgusting! Will never be back to this property!
