I didn't like that they did not have a designated smoking area. They did not have 24 hour coffee available. Other than that staff was very friendly and hotel was clean

We paid for 2 beds the gave us 1. Then people who came in after us got our room. They would'nt help us and told us we were free to find another hotel. Ourcroom didn't have a hair dryer we had no room cleaning with fres towels when we asked for both staff was rude. We were told if we brought our dirty towels to front desk they would give us new ones. I will never stay here again.

Mold EVERYWHERE nails sticking out of walls and cabinets odor right when you walk in. Housekeeping only comes once a week!

My wife woke up in the middle of the night to find roaches in our bathroom

We arrived at the hotel and was given a room that was already occupied and someone was sleeping on the bed! We then go down to the lobby to get a new room and we’re given a new key and room number and told “let me know if this works out, if not come back down”. The rooms were disgusting, white towels were stained, bathroom door handle was nonexistent, and the place bad a terrible odor. I will never be going to another extended stay again.
