We checked into a room, that hadn’t been cleaned, it has happened twice now in the past two weeks. The room was dirty, trash everywhere, the shower was a disaster.

I still haven’t been able to check in and the supervisor on duty was horrible

Établissement sans plus.... Déjeuner seulement du gruau en sachet et muffin sec rien avoir avec la description....demande du papier de toilette et le personnels répond qu' ils ne peuvent nous en donner parce qu il vont en manquer alors nous avons eter en acheter.... Le manque de couverture le personnel n'a pas voulu allez chercher un autre couverture il faisait froid dans la chambre et nous avons eter acheter une grosse couverture.... Pour un séjour de 12 jours et un prix assez élever nous aurions aimez plus d accommodement.... read more

Whole place smells like stale smoke and mildew. I jave allergies and was covered in hives having an asthma attack. I adked for another room, opened the 208 room immediately hit in the face with stale cigarettes and mildew. Never ever ever would I stay here again. Brad the manager is a horribly rude person. Avoid unless you love healthy problems

Zero stars Mattress was as hard as a rock. Room was horribly outdated had cigarette burns on counter and broken toilet paper holder. There was no staff on site for check out and had to dial a number to talk to someone else at another location.

If there was an option for no star that is what I would give it. Its dirty, smelly, old, weird people stopping you in the halls and ask you for a ride, $ for uber and use of cell phone, noisy, dont mean to sound judgy but the people staying there dont seem trustworthy. It seems like they have a shelter going on in there. If thats the case, dont offer rooms to outsiders. Nobody wants to deal w that. My boyfriend and I left. Extremely dry settings, woke up very congested, should not have to run the shower for an hour to make the room more comfortable. Barely any sheets to keep you warm on the bed. Very basic is what I expected, but at least keep the hallway clean. Probably will skip the lowest option next time.

The Bathroom was dirty and towels were wet. The vents in the bathroom were not working, awful cigarettes smell was coming in from the vents.

The sheet beds could be changed the ones I had were very dirty
