The room was not what was expected for a room that cost $250. The floors in the room were dirty. The bathroom was very bad…bathtub floor was dirty and the tub surround was rusted and VERY old in need of replacing. The water machine was broken. The ice machine didn’t work. We would not stay there again.

Outdated, not clean, and poorly maintained.

Room was filthy, shower had mold, hair on sink, broken toilet paper holder, rug not vacuumed, and free breakfast was stale muffins and oatmeal.

BED BUGS! Checked in and after a couple hours discovered bed bugs crawling on the pillows. We immediately left. The management did give us a full refund which I appreciate but even though we never slept there I am covered in itchy bites.

Sorry I came. Poor condition, no amenities, no conditioner, loud hallways. Kitchenette, but no dishes or dish soap.

When we arrived they could not give us the rooms we asked for. The hotel was “pet friendly “ and you could tell because it smelled like a wet dog. Also, only one elevator was working. The water machine was not working. They changed the locks on our room while we were gone and when I returned at 9:00 pm I had to wait until 10:15 to get my new keys because the only person working was at lunch. (BTW, I think it is insanely unsafe in today’s world to have only ONE person on staff in a hotel!) Is there any action that can be take... read more
