Don't trust your reservation, don't go there The reservation 2 Queen bed (confirmed 3 months ago) was not respected, Our room had only 1 bed. They move us on a room with King Bed + Sofa bed (a room temporary not in service), Sofa bed is not a bed for 3 nights stay.

The staff was barely there. We were locked out of our room multiple times because the door lock was jammed. The room was nothing like the photos. It was very run down. When I asked for a coffee maker (why do I have to ask for this? Isn't that a basic hotel amenity?) it was brought to me dirty and I had to get a new one. No hair dryer in the room. Service was somewhat ok. I booked the room for 3 nights and left after only 2 nights. Therre was what appaired to be coke Cain residue on the floors and counter tops. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Animal feces in the floor in the hallway for 2 days. Thats when I had enough and decided to go to another hotel for the last night of my visit. Costing me much more than anticipated.

Keep Scrolling, do not consider Dark, dingy hallway. Room next to the trash room. Paid for “Deluxe King Suite” but stayed in a ground floor 2 Queen. Dangerous neighborhood. Front desk called to say they are overbooked and although I prepaid months ahead, I was stuck in the trash corner.

The front desk staff was accommidating with fixing things that they could. The bed and pillows were awful. Only stayed 1 night of 7 and moved out. Curtis was very helpful and friendly.

our entire room smelt like smoke and the curtain rod was broken as well as the toilet
