Room was not very up to date. Shower pressure was terrible. No usb plugs at all. Forgot my usb plug. So nothing. Choice of coffee for breakfast and 3 blueberry nutri grain bars. Not impressed. First time at an extended stay America. Probably won’t stay at one of these again.

Not happy Booked my hotel room at 12 PM. Just to be called at 10:30 at night to say there was no room available. So after my concert in boston, we had to find last minute accommodations. I was told that they tried to give me a courtesy call, but they waited until 10:30 at night to call me. Very unprofessional

When we saw there was no bathroom door we had a pretty good idea this place was not going to be great. A short time later when we tried to flush the toilet and nothing happened we were done. Went to the front desk to request another room and were told they had no rooms available. They said they would try to get us into a different room in the morning if someone checks out.
