Dirty and broken down.

Please do not stay here, the staff was not available. Overbooked rooms and we found a bed bug. The staff did not offer any assistance. They disregarded our feedback and experience.

The staff at this property were EXTREMELY attentive, have good listening skills, and honestly work hard to meet your needs. That being said, the property itself is in need of major updates. The carpet needs to be replaced, the bed linens are old, and my room initially smelled. The kind and responsive front desk professional, Bryce, went above & beyond. He personally helped with the smell and made our overnight stay bearable.

The hotel overbooked and couldn't get me another room to complete my booking. Which was actually a blessing given the fact that the conditions were disgusting. The lobby and hallways smelled like cigarettes/marijuana and looked grungy. The front desk personnel was rude, unhelpful and seemed to be the potential source of the smell. For some reason, management doesn't work the weekend so "nothing could be done" until Monday! This room was shockingly filthy. There were crumbs and grease on the counter in the kitchen area of the room, hair in the tub and on the bathroom counter, general dirt and grime in the bathroom, the faucet handles had grossness and someone’s beard (?) trimming, one bed had a broken leg, the ac was broken, the mattresses had weird spots, there was a wrapper by one bed… It was probably the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in.

Uh-oh The exterior of the building looks nice, but the room was old and never has been renovated. One of the Queen beds was unstable and rocked when you sat at the foot. The beds were rock hard and our kids & grand-kids won't be staying here again.

The room I was given had stains all over the carpet and the carpet was ripped. The place was very noisy, the room that was on the floor above me kept waking up because of the jumping on the floor. When you asked the staff a question they did not know the right answer. Would not stay here again
