The hotel had a musty smell in the halls and room. Hotel says free breakfast. A grab and go breakfast with (breakfast bars-prepackaged mini muffins - instant oatmeal and lousy coffee with no regular creamer) is not a real breakfast. If we did want something, we had to bring it tom our room. Don't know the situation there but people were hanging.around the lobby and parking lots. We were shocked in the lack of upkeep. We could also easily hear our neighbors. There was a point where we thought someone was trying to break into our room.

One room was fine the other room had roaches we checked in the middle of the night after finding the roaches.

I arrived at the hotel on July 9 as planned. And it was to my surprise when I learned that I did not have access to the hotel because there was no room available. I couldn't explain anything to my daughter who was attending this farce. I had to call the police because I was making this reservation a month in advance. I had to look for another hotel. It was really the biggest nightmare of my life.

Extended Stay - People Live Here We needed a very last minute hotel. Checked in around 9 and out at 5:30 the next morning. It is an extended stay meaning people live there long term. The halls stunk of food cooking, very outdated, the room had a gas stove top in it. Never ever would have stayed had this been planned ahead. As a woman travleing with her daughter I was not completely comfortable.

There were bed bugs and there were cockroaches seen in the room everyday.
