The only seat was torn and very worn. There was mold on the furnishings. Tub was chipped in several places. The window screen was pushed out. Floor/wall molding was torn off the wall. Refrigerator door was filthy. Walls were filthy. Entire floor was sticky to walk on. Pet kennels are better maintained. I have pics if anyone is interested but I doubt it. Showed to staff who seemed pretty disinterested

Room was outdated and nothing like the pictures. Under the beds was very dirty and even had trash under it. Gum stuck to bathroom wall, front desk was unhelpful and breakfast was very limited.

This property has BED BUGS and refused to refund us after being bitten to death and having to end our vacation early! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Won’t go again unless I have no other option Other people staying there we’re running through the halls and talking loudly we’ll past “quiet hours” and we were a few doors down from people with wailing children who had the door to their room propped open almost all night.

The 2 bed room we booked was ‘exchanged’ for a single queen ADA room. The rooms are horribly lit with ugly fluorescents and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The adjustable shower head was tied up by string as the clamp was probably worn out. There were no glasses in the room for water. The bed came with 3 very flat pillows. And the place stinks! Best thing to say was we found no bugs.

Hotel would not provide extra pillows when the pillows provided were paper thin. Room was a bit damaged with regards to the kitchenette and bathroom

I selected a non smoking room but the room smelled horribly of smoke including the linens. The toilet around the floor had clearly not been cleaned for some time. The front desk clerk did not seem phased by my complaint and did nothing to respond to it. Very disappointed!
