Walked In On Someone Sleeping! When I got there the check in process was unbearably long, for myself and several other people in line. I was given my keys to a room, they didn’t work twice. On the 3rd try and employee assisted me, and when I walked into the room... SOMEONE WAS ASLEEP IN THE BED! This happened to another pair down the hall from where I was! Fire Alarms go off often Suspcious activity around property Police circle premises often and are called here on guest they release their reservation list to them Also I did not want their housekeeping I brought my own towels that were clearly clean and folded on the shelf and they took him and still have not returned them. Likely one of the worst experiences ever in a hotel. First, a random man off the street bangs on my door aggressively at 5p when I’m sleeping and my wife is sick in bed. I open the door and he’s clearly not a hotel employee. He says he wants to do maintenance on TV and I don’t let him in. Then I call lobby and Assistant Manager demands that I let him in immediately to do work on TV with no notice or, if not, he’ll evict me.
