Oh the Smell! The room smelled terrible!!! We had to sleep with the windows open (and it was cold outside) just to be able to breath. I get this is pet-friendly but our room smelled like a kennel. We would have ditched & gone to another hotel but the area was sold out. The bed was less then comfy and the room in general was not very clean. I would not recommend unless you have no other choice. We were definately overcharged!

Not clean towels, no toilet papers. Room was not cleaned. Trash was not taking out. Guest had to take out trash

Bad experience Booked through hotels.com When we arrived at the hotel we booked we were told they were sorry but did not have a room for us!!! Said hotel booking site in error said we had a room there. Called 8 other hotels in tewksbury area, all full. Found a non dog friendly hotel after midnight with whole family all exhausted. Husband & dogs ended up sleeping in car!!!

Don't bother.l Had to deal with untrained new employee. They used old key cards which I had to continually reprogram. Watched housekeeper struggle to put full size sheets on queen size bed. Will not return. When I spoke to manager he had lots of excuses.

the most disappointing extended stay ever, small room uncomfortable bed, pillows? is that what they call them not going to extended stay america again

Terrible hotel Bad very bad experience I never expected .i stayed for 1 night the bathroom is very dirty .and I called to front desk they never answered .iam completely disupointed.room and bath room very dirty after my complaint they change my room.i really recommend to my friends don’t go this hotel
