Rough start The manager never got back to me regarding the difficulties of my initial day. Between things being broken and the construction noise, it may not be in proper shape for guests at this time. The people were nice though.

Despite the signs everywhere saying "no smoking", the whole place smelt of cigarette smoke. Also, I was disconnected from WiFi the instant I checked out, meaning that I had to walk to another local hotel to use their free WiFi to order a taxi the day I left.

Mr. Joe was very kind and professional. There was a mistake with our booking and we were given an occupied room, so the front desk looked for another room for us. The next day, we were told there will be no charges for the stay :-) and they apologized for the inconvenient.

The staff, I have zero complaints. They were very friendly. However, the entire place smelled like cigarettes. The gym was also very dirty. My room, under the couch had not been cleaned in some time. I only noticed because I saw something poking out from underneath. My window didn’t open. Trying to air out the room when I got back to my room. Just to clear out the stale cigarette smell.
