I liked the first floor location. The front desk person was hardly available when needed. No washing detergent available for purchase. I had to leave my room for 3 hours due to a visit from Ecolabs.

It did the job. However, smelled terrible of cigarette smoke in the room. Nice that it had a fridge, microwave, and stovetop.

Not the best customer service. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Room was shoddy and not very clean. Intimidating for an aging and disabled person.
