Its a reasonable price and it's fairly decent. For the price I'd say it's a good deal. No breakfast just coffee and packaged muffins that were smashed. No bowls for oats and no spoons. Etc. You get the idea

facilities are out of maintenance and getting old. The wall skirt peeling off, and the hallway is full of the cooking smell.

Bathroom tub was dirty. Staff did not want to provide cleaning while I was there
