Dirty rooms. Outside carpets smelled of cigarettes
Disappointed Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet my expectations. It seems like a lot of homeless people are living there long-term so the clientele is a little rough. I also thought that they had breakfast in the morning, but it was grabbing go and all that was there was one packet of oatmeal and a few granola bars. The hallway smelled really bad the entire time we were there and no housekeeper ever came to clean our room. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.
The worst hotel This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. I made the reservation through hotel.com. When I tried to check in around 7PM. They told me they didn’t have any clean rooms. I have to rebook another hotel nearby. And they charged me for no rooms.
Folks who sit at the frontend are impolite and do not understand concepts of customer service. They don't take extra effort to understand what customer want.

This place was clean but service was very poor and staff didn’t seem to care about my issues. The refrigerator and the ac unit was very loud.

The staff wasnt friendly at all but the room was fine.
My first time and also last time never come back this ( Motel). Main Lobby dirty,2 elevator inside dirty. @ hallway smells very bad like people smoke in the room kitchen counter top come off in bathroom old. Paint crack every where. If you need service help yourself phone call front desk doesn’t work. I used my cell phone call . Need glasses and dishes. They told me go to front get if you need clean towel , help your self.
