The was good and helpful. When we got to the room it wasnt clean. Some trash on the floor by the bed and the toilet and shower had not been wiped. We purchased our own wipes and just cleaned the room ourselves

While the exterior of the hotel was refinished the interior was another story. When I arrived to what was supposed to be a non smoking room was clearly a smoking room. As soon as the door was open there was the smell of smoke. I was told the 3rd floor was reserved for smoking and that because my room was on the 2nd floor it was indeed a non smoking room. Room lacked a working refrig stayed and had no diahes no coffee pot non working remote for TV

Pros: Comfortable bed, Hot Shower with good pressure, A/C Heat worked well. Beverage vending machine worked and had good selection. Cons: old conditions, room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking, carpet was not vacuumed, Toilet had minor shrapnel from a prior guest, meaning they didn't clean it. Although the room we had said non-smoking, as soon as I opened the door the smell hit me. It was like an old ashtray. Fresh tobacco smoke can be fragrant but, believe me, this was raunchy. I advised the desk in the morning that the room really needed to be deodorized. The woman behind me said her room smelled also. As for cleanliness, the trash had not been emptied and dirty towels and leftover soap were lying there in the bathroom next to new towels and soap.
