Slow check-in. No towels, blankets, pillow covers. Permanent residents out front in a group smoking, talking to staff. Dirty carpets and sticky floors in room. Dim lighting. An uneasy feeling. No amenities.

bathroom was dirty , there was blood on the floor .

Willing but overworked staff. Dark corridors and carpet in room was filthy. No ice machine.

These hotel rooms are nasty as can be. I’m sure the redid one room and took pictures of it. I did the carpet test with a clean wet towel, and it was gross. I asked the the cleaning lady how often they washed the bed spread. She said once a week. Never again. Bring plastic and your own pillow to sleep on.

There were homeless people and drug users everywhere. This is a scary hotel. Do not stay here
This place was DIRTY! dog poop in hallway, I personally called the front desk to request it be cleaned up, the next morning still there “Grab and go” breakfast is sad sad sad …do not fall for it…terrible

When a place advertises that breakfast is included, but it only consist of coffee and wrapped buns, it seems misleading at best.

Smells like smoke and no breakfast Hotel and room smelled like smoke even though they clearly state it is a non smoking hotel. Breakfast was honeybuns and packets of dry oatmeal.
