I booked a two-bed room however when I checked in, I was told the 2-bed room was not available. We had three persons. It turned out that I slept on a small foldable bed with a very thin matteres provided by the hotel. It was very uncomfortable and I could not fall asleep the whole night. I wanted to talk to the manger however was told the manager was not available. Very disappointed.

Poor services, dirty and staff on duty claimed to be a guest worker. He didn’t have enough access to their system. He end up put me in a smoking room.

Room was dirty when i arrived. No maid service occurred. Would not stay there again!!!

The property was in terrible condition, and was in deep need of repair/ updating. The address was the same as another hotel— created much confusion which apparently is not new.

I got to the hotel at 11pm to check in. Upon my arrival there were a bunch of men in the parking lot drinking. I went to check in at the front desk and the guy that was working looked like he was high (or some sort of drugs) and was extremely rude and told us that there were no rooms available. I tried to explain that I had made the reservation thru Expedia and he was not concerned at all.
