They gave away our room in the middle of the night so I’m going to say this hotel is absolute garbage and I would never recommend them to anyone. The staff was rude and my family has to drive 2 hours home.

Not a safe hotel for women traveling alone. The front desk staff person tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. If I had not had to double lock on the door he would have been able to get in with the key. He was really upset and told me someone else was supposed to be the room, and asked me who let me in the room. I told him his collegaue checked me in and gave me the key. It was a very scary experience.

I reserved a room with a double bed and got a room with a single bed. They said the hotel was booked (although it hardly looked it at all during our stay). They found us another room. Advertised they had free cribs which they did not have so 2 people and a baby shared a double bed. The fire alarm went off at 9:00 at night just after we got the baby to sleep and we all had to evacuate outside. Since there are kitchens in the room, staff told us this happens fairly frequently.
