My room had a strong cigarete odor in a non smoking room!

Check in was a challenge because of an internal server error with the credit card system. While the room was visibly clean it smelled horribly of mold.

When we arrived in our room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room, though all rooms are non smoking. We told the service desk we could not stay due to this. They cancelled our room and helped us find another place to stay. Though they were extremely helpful, they were already aware of the room issue. They shouldn’t have even allowed this room to be booked.
