The hotel is being used as a short term place for the homeless. It stinks of cigarettes, the lobby is filthy, the folks sitting in wheelchairs outside and in the lobby look like they haven’t showered in days or weeks. The women behind the desk agreed with me and said all of their hotels in this area are the same. Smells like smoke everywhere. There was a huge hole in the back of the bathroom door like someone had kicked it in. I called down to the desk because we had 4 people and 3 pillows and they said they didn’t have any. I’ll be shocked if we come home without bed bugs.

Check in was a challenge because of an internal server error with the credit card system. While the room was visibly clean it smelled horribly of mold.
