business trip no wall thermostat. Temperature in room was cold upon arrival cause windows were open and heat was not on. Had to crank up the old wall heater that blew and held the curtain way out. It was impossible to get a comfortable temperature in the room. Breakfast was not a breakfast. Not sure if room cleaning was supposed to be a part of the deal but that did not happen once either in the 3 days I was there.

Disappointing no cleaning internet poor and breakfast pitiful

I was very disappointed with the "Continental breakfast", maybe you should rename that. I could not believe that a hotel would not have bottles of water for their guests. We had to use the pull out couch and the mattress was very dirty and they did not have any extra pillows for us. My room was very dirty. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again.
Non-flushing toilet and non-helpful desk clerk Checked in after 8. Discovered shortly thereafter that the toilet didn't flush. Desk clerk's only response was that he could check us out. No other rooms were available. he indicated that no plumber would be called. They don't do emergency service. (really?) Horrible people skills. Not clean Although the day staff are courteous; the room is not cleaned properly. Floors should be washed clean and cleaned well before a guest is given the room. Very strange smell in room entire stay; probably due to lack of cleaning and/or extermination fumes. :|
Attitude adjustment Check in. Guy was RUDE to the lady before me. Very curt...obviously hates his job. Commented to me that he needs a vacation a way from people on vacation. Wrong attitude.... NO plates,coffee maker etc usually in an extended stay hotel. NO BLANKET on the bed. Just a sheet and a thin bedspread. Had to fold it in half to keep warm. No bedding for the pullout . But there were nuts and shells under there. NASTY used hand towel under the bed that I didn't see until exiting the shower in the morning. Disgusting!... read more
Not great Our non smoking room smelled like an ash tray. The "free breakfast" is hardly a breakfast. Besides that the room and hotel were okay and it felt mostly clean.

Don't check in late. I called about 10am to see if we could check in about 11am. We couldn't. I told them that we would check in between 11pm and 1am after the Jimmy Buffett concert (and tailgate party) we were attending in Mansfield. We got to the hotel about 12:30am and found the door locked. A sign said that late check-ins should dial zero. I did repeatedly and got only a busy signal.
