Was not what I suspected. I reserved a King Deluxe and I got a Queen with the worst mattress. I was told they do not guarantee the type of room when I use a site such as yours to make reservations. If I had not picked up on the room, I believe they would have charged me for the King Deluxe. I will not be going back.

Nice Hotel It was a nice stay. The employee was nice to me. The room had kitchen and that's what I wanted but then the bathroom was dirty 😏

Avoid THis disfunctional establishment at all cost Lousy and nasty customer experience all around. I approach the hotel 1:30 am to be checked in. I encountered a very rough check in process which took 20 min. I walk into an Empty lobby as Brian desk clerk was preoccupied on cell phone and distracted. His lack of attention and lack of customer service clearly proves he had no genuine approach to assist me. He was verbally aggressive. He insisted I went to the wrong hotel location. Sheets Please Called ahead to make sure the couch was a sleeper. It was, but no sheets, blankets, or pillows were provided. Called the desk and a blanket was not available as they were doing laundry. Typical Extended Stay, but with nicer floors in the room. TV was not visible from the bed or couch.

Not the best I had to clean the room. Hair in the shower, dirty on the side of the toilet bowl,dirty knob in the kitchen! The wifi only work 1 day over 3 days stay(((they are working on it))) 2 days without elevator!!We where at the 3rd floor!!

Ok room We arrived very late. I always check my bed mattreses, etc before going to bed. We were staying in a pet friendly room. I pulled the covers back and tgere was a large yellow spot on tge sheet and dog and human hair all over. We went and informed the front desk and right way they got us a new room. The new room was great, no problems with it. The front desk was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast could have been much better also.

Laundry man put in charge When we arrived at the hotel, we did not have a room, even though we had a confirmation number for our booking. Romeo, the person working the night shift was not helpful as his main job was in the laundry room. I asked him to call the manager and he said that he did not have the phone number. They left this poor man working the desk with no training or backup plan. Another couple came in after us, and were told that they had no room either.
