Dirty, unfriendly staff and no pillows We asked for sheets and pillows for our pull out bed and they didn't have any......
Economy Hotel - Didn't quite get it right Aspired to fair, did not quite meet that goal. Glitches - first room didn't have sufficient beds and was unmade, used linens on floor and whiskey bottles on counter. Second room didn't have bedding for the number of guests booked, beds were small, microwave wouldn't turn off. Continental breakfast was quite sparse. Good room size, overall good housekeeping. A bit more effort and less scarcity of services would go a LONG way.

TV didn't work, working table was dirty with coffee spills, no shampoo, two lights didn't work. Besides, everything was OK.

Upon checking into the hotel, I had to wait a few minutes before the clerk showed up to the front desk. The clerk stated that she was the only one working and apologized for taking so long to greet me. She handed me a piece of scrap paper that had the complimentary wifi information on it to use. After checking in we went into the room and found that it was extremely hot. We had to open the windows and turn the A/C on to be able to breathe. The room was not clean. Reserved a room for 4 people but room only slept 3 (0pullout was a twin not a queen). Hotel was not accommodating and wanted to charge more money

Surly desk clerk and a dirty room We were checked in by a surly front desk clerk. He was clearly irritated by internal hotel issues, but he wore it front and center while checking us in. The room was just okay, given a one night stay. The bathroom was clean, thank goodness. but the room had not been picked up very well. My wife found an empty 'adult bedroom toy' box lying next to the headboard (ewww) and two empty granola bar wrappers on the floor. It would be tough to recommend this facility.

Infested with ants!! And they didnt care! There were ants everywhere. Big black carpenter ants. All over the carpet, walls, fridge, bath. Table. The clerk just looks looked at me and said sorry we are full. I asked can you at least give me a can of bug spray? Never came to look at the room. No one inquired the next day. At check out the clear said oh yeah I heard. What a joke. Never staying here again
