The hotel staff was nice and accommodating. The room they initially gave us was in the back but they changed it for me do my wife did not have to walk so far on a bum knee.

Good stay It wasnt as bad as you would think, it was actually really really good and i would recommend the hotel to anyone going near Buffalo

Good for the price, but a bit shabby. Frequently awoken by the sound of pipes clanging from someone nearby taking a shower. Sounded like an explosion in the wall.

Cleanliness The hotel was very accommodating but a few things were a bit off. As soon as I got to my room there was white dog hair all over my bed. Unnoticeable at first but very present. There was also hair in the shower drain which was gross. The hotel provided zero dish soap which I called the front desk twice for.

The woman who checked me in was incredibly nice and helpful, even though I didn't get in until almost midnight. The room was very clean and well-kept. There was no noise and the blackout curtains are amazing. Slept like a baby. The only downside was the construction going on in the parking areas made the entrance to the hotel a bit difficult to find.
