Broken heating/conditioner unit, broken towel racks, water in shower was loud, room smelled funny...was not satisfied at all

I booked through Expedia and the staff can in my room twice in the morning threatening to call the police on us bc there records show that this room was empty. I am sickly I was not feeling good that morning and to have to deal with this. Thankful for the Expedia confirmation that they send via email and text. Otherwise I would be arrested. Everyday since I been here I have been seeing the police and one young lady called her parents crying I do not know who she booked through but it was a 3rd party.

It had a kitchen and was like a mini apartment for the same proce as any hotel room.

So far this customer service reps at the desk have been life-saving to me! I have nowhere to go and just a pic of my license from a job interview on my phone but then lost it. I have all other ID but everything is closed so how could I get a new one anyway, they called and the head manager said is was okay, then all three ladies, mostly the manager I remember speaking with most! She was very understanding of the circumstances. So I was able to get another room here tonight.

Bathroom wasn’t very clean , food was still left in refrigerator from previous guest .
