I paid for booking insurance and did not get a smaoking room 2⁵

Nice stay Very nice stay. Good service. I was surprised that there was no maid service during my 2-night stay, but then I remembered that this is how ESA works. Minimal breakfast. Clean.

Friendly staff, modern, clean Facility. Bed was super cozy, slept like a baby!

The room was clean and the staff was cool. Pots and pans I requested to cook with were clean as well. I'd recommend this hotel

I was really excited to be able to have a getaway with my husband. I booked a single queen room with a kitchenette, however when we got there we were given a room with two full beds. This meant that my husband and I couldn’t even sleep in the same bed together. When we went to call the desk it rang forever, then when my husband went down to you speak with the desk clerk he had to wait a while...She was checking rooms because they were giving away rooms that were already occupied.
