We booked a non-smoking room, when we arrived there, the girl at the front desk said that they did not have and the usually accept more reservations just to get more money. We accepted the room because it was 1:00am and we drove for nine hours... the room was so DIRTY, the bed was wet, we found a used soap at the badroom and the AC was making sounds.. the next day we request them to change us, and we got the same type of room.. No happy with `that we got a two small beds.. instead of one for my boyfriend and me. TERRIBLE... ... read more

Was not satisfactory ,the nonsmoker room smiled like a smoker's room the buner doesn't work properly,,and the table on the bed side has a broken leg and on top of it all the back entrance area was dirty for the entire days that i was there which i reported to the front desk, but over all the worker were very nice and polite

It was wayyy to loud in the hallway during the evening and at night, and the stairway and hallways were filthy, as well as inside the elevator!

Be sure not to complain The surly and rude night desk clerk marred the whole experience. When the guests on the floor above made terrible noise on 2 successive days, she treated me as though I was causing the problem by reporting it. Before I’d ever stay again, I would have to call to see whether she was still employed!
