Pet Friendly and Comfortable The hotel was a very good choice as a pet friendly establishment as well. This was our first time traveling with a new puppy and we were given a room close to an exit for ease of walking the dog. The beds were very comfortable as well. Even though the "breakfast" (coffee, granola bars, instant oatmeal and packaged muffins) left a lot to be desired, the fact that there was a full kitchen and microwave made it easy to bring/ purchase food to prepare ourselves.

Quiet nights in Amherst - stay at Extended Stay AM Quiet nights in spacious room make us look for Extended Stay America hotels. We love being able to cook our own meals instead of going out after a long hard day on our feet vending at a festival. Price is right, beds are comfy, enough pillows and towels - what more could you ask at the price?

Family wedding Hotel was 'ok'. It is very basic, no frills (no pool, no breakfast, no ice machine, etc.). It was very inexpensive and since I was traveling alone, it was fine for me. If my wife or grandchildren were with me then I would look for a hotel with more comforts.
The only issue i had was that i booked a room with a queen size bed and got a full size. Other than that its a great deal and i will be returning

It's good location Hotel was good but service not good no shampoo no good service

Slightly Disappointed I was disappointed with the limited kitchen utensils. Also the grab and go breakfast was only packaged muffins, two kinds of granola bars, and instant oatmeal in the check-in area. The weekday price was reasonable, but I feel the weekend rate was overpriced. One other detail, the room was not thoroughly clean when we arrived. There were candy wrappers behind the chair and soap residue on the towel rack - nothing major but noticeable details to a neat freak like myself.
