Mediocre facility Check-in was prolonged. Clerk could not figure out how to get the card to swipe. At midnight, I was waiting for more than 20 minutes for her to get the check-in completed. Eventually, I had to go back to her for getting the card swiped. Internet did not work at all.
Staff very good, location good, room very good Great , location, staff and room all very good check in was very good and all my requests were there and waiting
Nice stay Last minute need. Good experience for the most part. Bed sheets had old stains would have been al lot nicer with out those sheets!
Hotel Staff was amazing!! Late night check in staff was amazing. I also forgot my blanket in my room, and they kept it at the front desk for a few days until a friend was able to pick up. Really appreciate it!! Thanks so much! Will stay again :)
Great Place I had a great experience with my boyfriend, we did a little weekend get away and it was exactly what we needed, the staff was so nice and personal. We had a smoking room and it did NOT smell like an old rotten cigarette it smelled clean and the room was clean too!!!! Thank you!!!!
Back to the B-Lo! I was there for a funeral and I was there only 2.5 days as I had to get back to work. I meet total of two Staff members and they were excellent. This was on check out and check in. Now, if you are looking for fancy...this wont be your stop. However if you need clean room( hallway not. So much), quiet and a cheaper stay ..then this is perfect!
