Nothing Special Reservation was wrong, smoking vs non smoking booked. Was able to change after long wait. "Breakfast was a joke, coffee and a few packaged muffins/bars. Otherwise very average.

Not Happy Everything was fine until around 11:00 at night. Our room was over the main entrance and 5 men were sitting there smoking and drinking. They were very loud. We tried to go to sleep but they got even louder. I called the front desk and complained but the girl at the desk said there was nothing she could do. I told her that was unexceptable. Nice hotel The hotel was nice, clean enough and was close to where we wanted to be. The free breaskfast is a little misleading. Coffee, pre packaged muffins and granola bars. Is hardly a breakfast. Real milk/cream would be a nice touch if that's all that you're offering. Overall, for the price and location we were happy for our one night stay.

Nasty room As soon as we got into our room the smell that came was so bad. Then I decided to use the bathroom I was disgusted to see someone else’s poo in the toilets. It was so bad ! I had my husband flush it and the toilet immediately began over filling. Water was going everywhere. All over the luggage’s. We tried to take everything out as fast as possible but water was everywhere. I will never stay here again.

Buffalo weekend The hotel was dirty and stunk everywhere. We would have left had we been able to find another hotel vacancy for that night.

OK, but super no frills and not so friendly staff The room smelled; proably of food cooked by a prior guest. It remained the whole time we were there (3 night). The bathroom was cramped and had little-to-no noise insulation. Any move or cough in the bathroom could easily be heard in the bedroom. The air vent near the ceiling allowed us to listen to conversations in the room above whether we liked it or not. The complimentary coffee station in the lobby was often not stocked. Comfortable, basic hotel Very comfortable sleeping in quiet room. Building looks like an older dormitory. Not fancy at all but clean and personnel were friendly and helpful.
