Worst stay ever!! Was worst hotel stay I have ever had!! We get to our room and had no toilet paper or soap,shampoo nothing. Then when we call front desk they told us if we wanted anything we had to come get it. Room was not that clean floors were really dirty. All together room and hotel service was the worst I ever had!

Toronto trip The staff was the least helpful of any I've encountered. I arrived with an emergency situation. Staff's response: "You can go down to one of the other places and see if they have a bathroom." By then, it was too late.

Ok. Not happy with breakfast. Staff was ok at the time of check in first room looks bad. Hand sink and air conditioner were not working but staff moved to other room after a long discussion.

smelled funny OK accomodations, hallways smelled like curry

Look Elsewhere The hotel was not staffed to accommodate the needs of guests. We checked in 1.5 hours after check in. The tiny lobby and parking lot was filled with guests waiting for rooms. There was only one person working the front desk. She was doing the best she could, but she needed help. She also had to keep leaving to check with housekeeping to see if rooms were ready. put in a smoking room We had booked a non smoking room and we're put in a smoking room. When we called the front desk they indicated the non smoking rooms were sold out. Health issues made sleeping in a smoking room, a disaster

Would Not Recommend, Please do not stay here The hotel is incredibly stingy for the amount that they charge per night. Unlike other hotels this hotel doesn't even have room service! The supposed "lobby" is incredibly small and can barely be classified as a lobby. The breakfast was MINIMAL, enough said. They were not lying when they described it as grab and go.
