OK place but a couple of let downs After specifying a non-smoking room - the room, especially the bed covers smelled like cigarette smoke... There was a coffee filter left in the machine... and while there was sugar sachets in the room when we arrived, there was no coffee or tea bags and certainly no milk... There was fresh brewed coffee at the "grab and go" breakfast bar in the lobby in the mornings but that did not help on arrival after travelling a long way.

Amazing place to stay!!!!! One night before our trip to Niagara Falls we started to look for and Hotel, with good price, and good location!!! Amazingly we found Extended Stay America!!!! Great place to stay,clean, comfortable, spaciously, etc., After coming back I started to check if there are more locations because since now, I will look for Extended Stay America Hotel wherever we go!!!! I recommend this hotel without any hesitation at all!!!!

Simple, you get what you expect The room was what you would expect - clean, simple. Not fancy, but o.k. The only thing I find is that the entire Buffalo north area seems way over priced for accommodations compared to the rest of the country for similar rooms. I would say there was a lot of Indian cooking going on while we were there.

visiting family this hotel is just OK. Not sure why it cost $100 plus to stay in a hotel that is somewhat old and dark and provides no services. You have to ask for new towels and there is no room cleaning , etc. I would expect more for the money. I will not go back there. I would rather spend another 30 dollars and get my room cleaned and a breakfast, etc. This hotel is not something I would recommend. Lots of truck drivers and tour buses parked around here. Enough said. JIM

Except Breakfast everything else promised is provided For Breakfast they kept some fruits apples , oranges , energy bars and coffee there is no break room available except that everything else is good with the hotel.

Very nice hotel would definitely stay again It was my first time staying at this hotel . I booked it because it said it had been renovated late 2012. The lady who checked us in was very friendly . She was also very helpful in directing us to malls and restaurants in the area. Beds were very comfortable , rooms very well laid out . We liked that it had a kitchenette as we had been travelling for quite a few days and was nice to actually cook instead of take out or restaurants for every meal. Good facility for long stay Had to leave 3 days early and the reservation was made through Expedia, but Hotel Staff was very helpful and proficient in handling my departure.
