My room was infested with roaches and property management refused to give a refund

Don’t want to listen to a proper reason

Terrible and trashy Room was covered in bed bugs, front desk person upon check in was rude and felt bothered by is.

Our room was run down and we saw 2 roaches in the kitchen. We reported the issue and never heard back. We stayed just one night and switched to another hotel in the area. There were random stains on the ceiling, walls, and curtains. Some of the security doors for the building didn't work and others were propped open with rocks. So anyone could access the building at any time.

4/10 Upon arriving, the hotel was not illuminated, which made it hard to figure out where I needed to go. Absolutely nothing was illuminated; it made it seem like the place was closed. After checking in, I received the room keys, but the keys didn’t work, so I had to walk back to the front desk, which sucked because I was tired and ready to shower and then go to sleep.
