Not to pleased at all. Reserved and paid through hotels.com When I arrived they said they didn’t have a room for me and they over booked past 100% capacity. They then found a room for me and said I’d have to wait for them to clean and prepare the room. Once getting in my room is was alright. I appreciated the kitchen, but there were absolutely no utensils, or cups (not even a disposable plastic cup for water). However there was no toilet paper/tissues or any paper products inside. There was a strong smell when you entered the building. Room looked okay mattresses looked clean however there was a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor and another in the bathroom. The following day there was a live one in the kitchen. We had 5 people and only 2 towels had to ask for more and was only given 2. There are no dishes for anything in the kitchen you have to ask for them.

Horrible service and dirty Front desk rude and unprofessional, there were no blankets, no pillows case, no towels, dirty and very dusty. I ask for all this and the housekeeping said they didn't have. I ask them to see the room and he didn't want to. Also i ask for a different room, he said i couldn't. I end it up buying some cleaning products to disinfect the whole room. This never happened before. Hotel.com should not recommend this place.

There were only towles for 2 people in a room booked for 6 and they said they did not have any more available

They were not having enough comfortor for us, they said they are overbooked so they don't have comfortor. There were three bed and only 2 comforter.

The property was specified as smoke free but it was not, also it was not clean as well as not provided proper breakfast (it was not breakfast, it was coffee and snacks). Hotel doesn't have vassels in kitchen, doesn't have paper towels, tissues etc. Overall very bed experience on the hotels till now.
