Pictures of room on Expedia is not correct and misleading. For 2 bedroom suites they do not have 2 queen beds in one room. All they have single queen bed in each room. Elevator was not working and out of order. Free breakfast is a joke. They have muffins and oat meal but not enough muffins to serve you.

The whole family went on a trip and needed a kitchen, so I booked it, but the sofa bed was so dirty that I couldn't use it, and my husband, who slept in another room, was bitten by bugs everywhere and we had to wash everything out of embarrassment as soon as we got home.

The power went out and when it came back on internet was down for a few hours.

The room itself was spacious and fairly clean. The beds were comfortable. The elevator did not work, and we had to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. There was no kitchenware in the unit even though there was a kitchen. We had to go collect plates, utensils, pots and pans on our own from the front desk and lug them back to our unit up three flights of stairs. There was also a power outage in the middle of the night. The staff here were friendly and helpful. But the place is not a typical hotel. As far as i can tell it caters to people looking for long stays, perhaps short term rental? The first room i was put in was being repaired and was not totally clean. At my request i was moved to a second room which was fine, overall.There is no airport shuttle.

The person who checked me in (Toni) was on a personal call on their cell phone the entire time. Barely acknowledged me. I couldn’t even tell when they were speaking to me or the person on the phone. Area in and around the hotel is dirty. Rooms isn’t very clean and the whole hallway is dirty and smells bad. Will not stay here again.
