Our room was run down and we saw 2 roaches in the kitchen. We reported the issue and never heard back. We stayed just one night and switched to another hotel in the area. There were random stains on the ceiling, walls, and curtains. Some of the security doors for the building didn't work and others were propped open with rocks. So anyone could access the building at any time.

4/10 Upon arriving, the hotel was not illuminated, which made it hard to figure out where I needed to go. Absolutely nothing was illuminated; it made it seem like the place was closed. After checking in, I received the room keys, but the keys didn’t work, so I had to walk back to the front desk, which sucked because I was tired and ready to shower and then go to sleep. The staff were very friendly but my room smelled like animal urine and I had to switch rooms, the new room didn't smell bad but the water pressure in the shower was horrible. The parking is extremely limited and not very well lit, I thought the hotel was closed when I arrived.

Stop advertising breakfast if all you're offering is a cup of coffee and a muffin the size of a ping pong ball. And quit using the excuse of covid - that was a tired explanation perpetrated by the politicians then and it's even more tired now. Other than that, the stay was great and service was good too.

Place Needa Lots of Work Terrible place. We were there a full week. Door to our building was broken. Never fixed. Stove burner was broken. No water pressure for showers. Not clean. Hallway smells. Carpet is filthy. COCKROACHES in the kitchen. No place to dump trash outside. We won’t be back.

Both buildings are roach infested! Unsafe to sleep it’s filled with chemicals their bombing to kill roaches this place must be shut down! First room was infested with roaches and chemicals they promised building across didn’t have any roaches and it was worse then first building and the elevator doesn’t work!!!
