Réceptionniste incompétent Rien à redire sur la chambre. Je note mal cet hôtel pour l’attitude du réceptionniste qui a refusé de me donner une facture alors que j’ai choisi l’option de payer à l’hôtel et cela même après un appel d’hôtel.com

Great staff, lots of cockroaches The front desk staff was wonderful and very friendly but I will never stay here again. The room was infested with roaches, despite the fact that there was a leftover bug fogger on the counter. I just hope none ended coming home with me. We were on the 3rd floor but the elevator was broken. The "secure" entry doors were not working - one had a rock propping it open. Every single smoke detector in mmy room was disconnected and laying on a table. The stairs and hallways had trash laying around. ... read more

When we arrived we told they didn't have our room because Expedia is overbooking their hotels. They offered two separate, smaller rooms for my family. When we went our rooms, we found bugs in both bathrooms and promptly left. Doesn't look like the pictures on the website. Very, very worn and dirty.

Found insects in our room. The room also had a bad oder.

Incredibly uncomfortable and inconvenient Outdated, uncomfortable, messy. Room smelled like a dead animal combined with gas leak smell, very bad. Guest service smelled and tried to spray with odor eliminator, did not work. Manager credited one-night stay to remedy. Deposit was not processed returned until we followed up 10 days after as promised. Afternoon customer service on day 2 purposely and knowingly ehlxhibited utter disinterest and rudeness in words and actions with the bad odor issue. Embarrassed to have experienced ... read more

Listing said breakfast ibcluded. Mini muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Yhis was misleading and terrible. We arrived very late after driving all night to find ourvroom was canceled duevto no show. The did find us acroom but a phone call priorvto canceling would gave been nice.
