They were not having enough comfortor for us, they said they are overbooked so they don't have comfortor. There were three bed and only 2 comforter.

The property was specified as smoke free but it was not, also it was not clean as well as not provided proper breakfast (it was not breakfast, it was coffee and snacks). Hotel doesn't have vassels in kitchen, doesn't have paper towels, tissues etc. Overall very bed experience on the hotels till now.

TERRIBLE!! First night, toilet paper in the bathroom was coming to the end. I asked front desk for TP since there was no spare underneath the sink or anywhere in the room. Front desk said to ask housekeeping in the morning. Guess who didn’t have toilet paper? So I went to the store and purchased TP with my own money. Stayed for 3 days, housekeeping did not once come into the room and clean.

Our stay here was very disappointing. The non-smoking room was filled with smoke every day. Requested kitchen utensils on the first night and was told that was not included with our stay. Went back the next morning just to make sure and a different staff member assisted the with this matter. The evening staff lied to us for sure. I'll never stay here again.

Not a good experience at all. We said we were only staying one night and they still charged for 2. The condition of our room, well it was filthy. There were kids running and yelling way passed 11pm. I asked for the refund for the second night, they said they don’t give refunds. The people were rude when we checked out. Now I have to fight for the refund when we didn’t stay.
