Front desk clerk was extremely rude at checkin and throughout our stay. Room was dirty. Tan out of toilet paper and front desk said they couldn’t find anymore. Had to go ask for hairdryer

Do not stay here. Exceptionally rude and incompetent staff. Lost our paid reservation from Expedia and were ridiculously rude at 1 am. Left us hanging. Would not even let us in despite having a confirmation number. Thank God Expedia was able to rebook us nearby at the best western. Do not Stay here!

We booked a suite for five people. We were provided with enough linens for two. They refused to provide enough towels for everyone. There were no accessories in the kitchen and we were only provided with 2 disposable drinking cups for our party of five. One could "purchase" a kitchen supply kit, but who wants to do that?! The tap and shower head in the bathroom were in poor repair. There were stains all over the floor and dining table. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite our non-smoking booking. The day time guy was super nice and polite. The night guy was rude and acted like we were bothering him . We had a flat sheet on one of our beds that had stains on it. I get that things happen so I went to the counter to ask for another flat sheet to change it out with. I was told that they didn’t have any sheets to give us. I asked for another room and was told they were at capacity. I then showed him a picture of the stains and he proceed to go get a flat sheet for us to change it out. Room service was not provided even though I was told it would be available on Sunday. Towels were requested but there were not enough towels so we had to use the used towels. There was only a few facial tissues left in the box when we were checked in so had to request a new one and no one brought it and we had to go to the front desk for all of these services. Very inconvenient.

The property's location, convenient to Dulles airport and several restaurants, is the only good thing about this property. I only interacted with three employees, all of whom were courteous. But one of the desk employees barely spoke English and was quite hard to understand. The room was sufficiently large, but everything was outdated. The room was not well kept or clean. Walking along the floor, my socks collected enough hair to make me believe that a dog had been in the room the previous night. I will not be returning.
