No supplies The hotel and staff were just average. However, the hotel was short on MANY supplies. There were two of us in the room, only provided 2 towels and 1 washrag. No dishes, pots, pans or eating utensils, fork, knives etc. No ice machine on site, ice maker in our refrigerator barely worked, no front desk staff after 11 pm

Very bad and not clean We didn’t enjoy the stay. The room was not clean. The pillows smelled of cigarettes and the room was not cleaned well

Dirty unsafe hotel, with Roaches. Bathroom needed cleaning - shower was dirty, with shower curtain. The toilet was nasty. No toilet paper and paper. Spoted wash clothes, dirty floor. The white refrigerator doors handles were brown with dirt. I killed 3 roaches, 2 in the bathroom, and 1 in the kitchen. The pillows were absolutely disgusting, and had no pillow protectors on them. The hotel was horrible. There were no clean towels. The toilet didn’t work. There was no staff to offer assistance. The worst part is that they had cats roaming all over the hotel.

Worse hotel in memory. I’ve traveled a lot and this was the worse. Toilet tissue holder coming out of wall, light switch cover plate laying on bathroom vanity, remote did not work #paperweight. Had to remove stopper from bathroom sink to drain. Staff did nothing to correct deficiencies.

Very poor customer service On 29 June 2018 I arrived at the hotel at 1 in the morning due to some circumstances that prevented me from leaving as planned for my 5 hr drive to Charleston. When I arrived to check in I was rudely told “ our computers are doing an audit update and I can’t check you for another 15 mins “ I asked if check in can be completed on paper. Would not stay here The hotel smelled like smoke. My room smelled like smoke. The mattress had old blood stains. My blanket had cigarette burns. Was disappointing
