We arrived late and the worker left the note for the next person on shift so that was the best part of our stay which was all of 20 mins. We went to our first room it had many roaches. So we left and went back to the front. Then we were given another room. Once we checked that it had roaches in it as well. It was 5am, we just finished a 7 1/2 hr drive from Virginia to SC and we were very tired. We had to pay $130 just to stay in another hotel. It was very disappointing as there were 6 of us.

First room I checked into was nasty and very unclean after they found me a another room it was still dirty kitchen had food on floor

First there was no Leiens ready when we needed them. Then the lady was suppose to have them to us by time we got back and didn’t so I had to go find her she wasn’t at desk then the pull out was broke completely couldn’t sleep on it and all she said was I’ll make note then at 7am some lady tried to come in our room so it woke me up all she said was did u check in last night n I said yes.then she said the pull out is reported broken and I said yes.then the coffee pot I was given did not work. Stains all on the floor, toilet wasn’t cleaned and didn’t have towels in the bathroom

Sofa bed was filthy When asked for another room told none available Toilet seat was dislocated had to be put back in place

Not again. Very disappointed Very disappointed not with was expected. No amenities at all in the room for the kitchen. Breakfast was just coffee and a muffin in a plastic wrapper. First come first serve, most mornings nothing left,
